Jesus is the only firm foundation.
Our team and those we help try to meet regularly throughout each week. Most of us connect daily in some way. Coming together as often as possible is vital as we learn to engage and apply the teachings of Christ in our lives.
SEEK: How one stewards time impacts healthy foundations. As we give God ALL our time, he prepares us to live into the wholeness of Christ. If we expect God to show up, so must we.
SURRENDER: We must actively learn what it means to surrender ALL by living how Jesus commands. It's important to invite the Holy Spirit to search the motives of our hearts.
We're not meant to do it alone. Our program calendar consists of a variety of fellowship opportunities. We visit a variety of churches around the city as we emphasize the importance of unity within the body of Christ. We pray daily with our guided prayer calendar. We serve our communities together, giving Christ all the glory.
SHARE: A desire to know God deeply leads to sharing Christ. Relational maturity with Christ develops relationships with ALL people. We love others as Christ loves them. We keep each other accountable. We make it a point to practice sharing the hope of Jesus with others while helping usher that relationship into reality. Disciplined disciples make disciplined disciples.
The culture SHIFT is this... Rock Bottom is a firm foundation built upon the truths of Jesus Christ. It is not a place of self pitty. May we rejoice in our trials knowing God is producing a good work in us. These truths practiced lead to wisdom. Jesus is the Rock Bottom we ALL must build upon.
